Burn Care Foundation, an advocate of maximum recovery for Burn Survivors, has been created to educate and provide those individuals and their families with the valuable services and resources of the Burn Care Foundation. By providing free counseling, tailored to the specific needs of the inquiring individual, the Burn Care Foundation makes available, resources from reconstructive plastic surgery to referrals to other burn or charitable organizations that would prove beneficial. With a vast resource of surgeons, diagnostic centers, hospitals and burn centers, the Burn Care Foundation is able to help in all facets of burn care treatment and recovery. Payment covering acute care management, rehabilitative and reconstructive surgery for past, present and future burn care is available for qualifying patients.
Burn Care Foundation is a division of Medical Acquisition Co., Inc., a well-established national organization dedicated to assisting accident and trauma patients in obtaining specialty medical care for their injuries. Burn Care Foundation is a specialty unit that works exclusively for Burn Survivors.

Angel Flight Central serves people in need by arranging charitable flights for access to health care or for other humanitarian purposes. Many of our passengers are patients and their family members accessing non-emergency specialized treatment in a distant part of the country. Angel Flight Central serves the ten state region of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin, but is part of the Angel Flight America network which serves all 50 states.

- Patient AirLift Services
Patient AirLift Services arranges FREE flights for individuals in need of medical diagnosis, treatment, or to camps. We have a network of volunteer pilots who provide this service without reimbursement or compensation using their own or rented aircraft. In no case are fees of any kind charged for these services.
